Peter Papagiannis

Peter Papagiannis serves on the Board of Directors of CCMP Growth portfolio companies Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Omnia Exterior Solutions and Airo Mechanical. Peter was most recently the Global Chief Operating Officer of BGIS, a CCMP Capital portfolio company, and was instrumental in the initial set up and management of BGIS predecessor companies, and the execution and integration of over 20 strategic add-on acquisitions. During Peter's tenure at BGIS, the business grew from a small joint venture with a handful of employees to a global enterprise with over 10,000 employees and over C$3 billion of gross revenue. He has also held various executive positions within the real estate and related services sectors including CFO of Ontario Realty Corporation, SVP National Operations at Colliers International Canada, VP Real Estate Operations at Canadian Tire Corporation, and VP at First Capital Realty where he also led the creation of the internal property management company. Peter brings a perspective of aligning service delivery quality and capability with a balanced risk management view, in support of growth. Peter is a CPA (CMA) and a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University.
